The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Model outputs
AI model outputs are generated by third-party providers and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for any decisions made based on them.
3. Availability
CanRouter AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream provider outages, maintenance, and force majeure events may affect service. Published uptime commitments apply only where a formal agreement states them.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanRouter AI's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
